Guillaume Group, LLC started in 2007 as a local healthcare staffing firm providing healthcare and professional personnel to major local hospital systems and government agencies to presently serving the U.S. Government.
Since our inception we have astutely execute our contract obligations by identifying client needs, refine job requirements and develop a customized recruiting program to ensure timely contract implementation and performance.
Guerline Majuste is the co-founder and CEO of Guillaume Group, LLC.
As CEO, Ms. Majuste is responsible for overall company’s growth and day-to-day operation. Ms. Majuste has over 15 years of experience and success in leadership with increasing responsibility at government contracting and holds a bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University in Health Services Administration.
She was instrumental in building the company from the ground up where she built, administered and improved technical, legal, and business profit generation departments, analyzed and wrote client-ready response to solicitations. She has hired, trained, and supervised staff of varying professionals and directed all aspects of complex government awarded projects.
As the wife of a service-disabled veteran, Ms. Majuste knows first hand the effects that contract delivery has on our military and veterans. As a result of this personal knowledge, Ms. Majuste is a dedicated hands-on executive in all aspect of government contracting and business operations ensuring superior service delivery.
